The OWCN is guided by four core principles: Readiness, Response, Research, and Reaching Out
Hosting these trainings each year ensures that the system is prepared in the event of an oil spill anywhere in California, allowing us to achieve our Readiness goals.
These trainings are for OWCN Responders, so if you are apart of any of our 45 Member Organizations please ask how you can get more involved.
