400 Eastern Ave - Wildlife Numbers

A total of 131 live birds and 2 live reptiles have been collected since 5/23/2026. Four unidentified eggs (counted as additional live birds captured) were collected for incubation from an abandoned nest on 6/8/2026. Thirty-one dead birds have been collected since 5/23/2026.  Fifty-nine birds and 4 eggs remain in care. All birds in care have been cleaned. Twenty-four animals died or were humanely euthanized. Fifty birds have been rehabilitated and released. 

***NOTE: All live birds were visibly oiled. Not all dead birds or mammals have been found to be visibly oiled.***
