400 Eastern Ave - Wildlife Numbers

A total of 131 live birds and 2 live reptiles have been collected since 5/23/2026. Thirty-one dead birds have been collected since 5/23/2026. Four Black-necked stilt eggs were collected from an abandoned nest and deemed non-viable (counted as dead on arrival). Twenty-four birds remain in care. All birds in care have been cleaned. Twenty-eight animals died or were humanely euthanized. Eighty-one birds have been rehabilitated and released. 

***NOTE: All live birds were visibly oiled. Not all dead birds or mammals have been found to be visibly oiled.***
